At MonaWatch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new timepiece doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your MonaWatch account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch in its original brand box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films intact, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
